Registration is required for all participants. Early registration deadline is 30 July 2025. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as standard registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organiser upon receipt of registration and payment.

Scholarships are available for young nephrologists supporting their participation at Budapest Nephrology School.

The 29th Budapest Nephrology School, Budapest, Hungary 25/08/2025 - 29/08/2025, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 24.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the
process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications .

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College
of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Confirmation:

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration and payment. Registration and payments sent after 22 August, 2025 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration:

All the cancellations and changes of registration must be sent to the Congress Organizer in written form.

 

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 31 May 2025

50% refund – in case of cancellation received between 1 June and 15 July 2025

No refund – in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2025

Please send your accurate bank account details in the written cancellation.
