Registration is required for all participants. You will receive a confirmation from the Congress Organiser once your registration and payment have been received.

Please apply for the scholarship before the registration and wait with the registration and payment until the decision of the Committee!

 

Registration for the scientific program includes:

  • Attendance at the nephrology refresher CME course
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Refreshments and lunches

 

Registration for social programs includes:

  • 21st International Wine and Health Symposium - buffet dinner with wine tasting (24 August, 2026)
  • Evening Danube Cruise (25 August, 2026)
  • Budapest Sightseeing Tour, including a visit to the Parliament Building (26 August, 2026)
  • Farewell Dinner (27 August, 2026)

 

Accompanying person’s registration fee includes:

Confirmation:

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in writing upon receipt of registration and payment. Registrations and payments received after 19 August 2026 may not be confirmed in writing. In this case, please bring proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and registration changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser in writing.

Refund Policy:

Refunds of the registration fee will be made as follows:
• 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of EUR 50) – for cancellations received before 31 May 2026
• 50% refund – for cancellations received between 1 June and 15 July 2026
• No refund – for cancellations received after 15 July 2026
Please include your accurate bank account details in your written cancellation.

Payment:

All payments must be made in EUR.
