Registration is required for all participants. It is recommended to make the registration online or by using the Application Form. Early registration deadline is 30 June 2024. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as standard registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organizer upon receipt of registration and payment.

Participant’s registration fee includes:

Accompanying person’s registration fee includes:
- Lunches

Social programs for participants:
- 19th International Wine and Health Symposium, a buffet dinner with wine tasting (26 August, 2024)
- Evening Danube Cruise (27 August, 2024)
- Visit of the Rectorate Building of the Semmelweis University (27 August, 2024)
- Sightseeing Tour in Budapest with Parliament visit (28 August, 2024)
- Farewell Dinner (29 August, 2024)
Please note that registering for the scientific programme only doesn’t entitle to participate on the social programs.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration and payment. Registration and payments sent after 23 August, 2024 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
Cancellation Policy of Registration
All the cancellations and changes of registration must be sent to the Congress Organizer in written form.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 31 May 2024
- 50% refund – in case of cancellation received between 1 June and 15 July 2024
- No refund – in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2024
