Registration is required for all participants. Early registration deadline is 01 June 2025. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as standard registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organizer upon receipt of registration and payment.

Scholarships are available for young nephrologists supporting their participation at Budapest Nephrology School.

Confirmation:

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration and payment. Registration and payments sent after 22 August, 2025 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration:

All the cancellations and changes of registration must be sent to the Congress Organizer in written form.

 

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before 31 May 2025

50% refund – in case of cancellation received between 1 June and 15 July 2025

No refund – in case of cancellation received after 15 July, 2025
